The Hispanic Education Endowment Fund (HEEF)’s mission is to provide academic scholarships to talented and deserving Hispanic students in Orange County in an effort to inspire, enhance, and improve access to higher education.
HEEF is a donor advised fund of the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF). OCCF is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization with the federal nonprofit identification number 33-0378778.
